Public bug reported:
I had to revert to 8.1 and pin netbeans and libnb-* to keep things
working. I don't have time to list all of the bugs I encountered and I
do not have the time to waste on something that isn't pretty much going
to just work. If anyone else has issues and wants to pin netbeans 8.1
here is the apt preferences I'm using:
Package: netbeans
Pin: version 8.1*
Pin-Priority: 501
Package: libnb*
Pin: version 8.1*
Pin-Priority: 501
** Affects: netbeans (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
