There's a failing autopkgtest for gnupg2 that flagged this openldap update for cosmic, but openldap looks fine.
Checking autopkgtest logs for gnupg2 [0], the tests were failing before the openldap update, and it's not related to this fix. The culprit seems to be a dependency problem with wine/libwine [1].
