I'm not sure your issue is the same problem - in the original bug
report, the application units are reporting that all services are
running, whereas in yours they are not.
Please can you determine why the radosgw daemon is not running -
/var/log/ceph and systemctl status radosgw@rgw.`hostname` will tell you
more.
