There is something that I cant understand. I get that systemd new update changes some stuff and needs an specific path.
But, why are the owners of / directory or others directories being changed? I got this issue with this ami-059eeca93cf09eebd on AWS, but not in all the servers that have this error. As AWS has no serial console access the only way to restore that servers was to create a new instance, attach the old disk, fix permissions and reattach disk to old instance. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1811580 Title: systemd fails to start sshd at reboot To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemd/+bug/1811580/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
