Public bug reported:

After updating Ubuntu to 19.04 documents previously created in
LibreOffice had some of their paragraph styling wiped, e.g. a custom
heading style was arbitrarily removed in some but not all instances in a
document and was replaced with 'Default Style'.

LibreOffice Version: 6.2.2.2
Build ID: 1:6.2.2-0ubuntu2
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.0; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: en-GB (en_GB.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-GB
Calc: threaded

** Affects: libreoffice (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
