Thank you for taking the time to make this report. Unfortunately Wine
can't "completely enable programs" yet. It is still a work in progress -
some apps will work, some won't. If you would like to solve this
problem, you could either visit http://bugs.winehq.org/ and file a bug
there, or just wait until a new version of Wine is released.
