Guest: Ubuntu 19.04

Attach USB drive to Host
Try to connect Guest to USB device
Unmount (but leave attached) USB device in Host

Try to connect USB drive in Guest (there should be a line for each USB
drive attached, but isn't)

Expected behaviour (as in 5.x):

USB drive shows up in USB device list
USB drive can be connected in Guest if unmounted in Host

Actual behaviour:

USB drive not shown in USB device list
-> USB drive cannot be mounted in Guest
