Again, pictures could be helpful. Also, I would suggest providing *clear* and *simple* instructions that anyone could follow to reproduce the exact same issue. What commands did you use? What applications did you use? What was every single step?
The more we can make the description and problem generic, the easier this will be. That said, one thing that's not clear is whether or not your USB pendrive has persistence. If it doesn't, you most certainly will have problems. Also, what makes you think that the files are invisible?
