Public bug reported: Using ubuntu 18.04, i had a message that ubuntu 18.10 is available, so i upgraded, but some files or apps were not installed so it only did a partial upgrade. Today i turned on my laptop, i then received a message that ubuntu 19.04 was available, so i accepted to do another upgrade, but this one failed to even do a partial upgrade.
files/Apps that say is an issue are as follows: qmail-uids-gids qmail qmail-run mailutils other files had 'invalid file name' Can't recall what they were. Hope this helps.
