Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apache-utils

I upgraded to Edgy from Dapper with apache2 installed in Dapper. When I
tried to re-install apache2, apach2-utils would not update because the
version was higher than what was in the Edgy repos.

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  apache2-common: Depends: apache2-utils (= 2.0.55-4ubuntu2) but
2.0.55-4ubuntu2.1 is to be installed
E: Broken packages

After removing apache2-utils I was able to install Edgy's lower version
of apache2-utils and apache2 itself.

** Affects: apache (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Confirmed
