When the ASUS Vivobook X510UR laptop is completely charged, the correct
information is displayed on Windows. However, Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS is
unable to detect the true battery state. The GNOME battery indicator
usually shows "Estimating..." or "Not charging", when the battery is at
100%.
If you use the upower version 0.99.7-2ubuntu0.18.04.1 command "upower -i
/org/freedesktop/UPower/devices/battery_BAT0", this is what you get:
