Public bug reported:
Since 18.04, Ubuntu Desktop systems by default come with both the shim-
signed and grub-pc packages installed, which (with proper partitions
setup) is sufficient to make the system bootable whether the firmware is
booting in BIOS or UEFI mode.
Curtin should also support this for the subiquity case.
