Public bug reported:

Please sync hmmer 3.2.1+dfsg-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Sync on Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Enable altivec on powerpc/ppc64el
    - Enable arch:any builds

You can drop the delta because ppc64el is not supported by the hmmer3
devs (see [1] p.19).

I have re-enabled builds for powerpc [2] and ppc64 [3] (both are
supported by upstream [1]). It will be uploaded in Debian after the
current freeze, but I think it is not useful to keep a delta here only
for not official arches (powerpc and ppc64).
