Actually my display runs at 59.95Hz, as confirmed by 'weston-info'.

If Xwayland is reporting the wrong frequency to apps via Xrandr then
apps and toolkits implementing frame clocks (i.e. not synchronously tied
to swap buffers) may animate at the wrong frequency, causing some
stuttering and skipped frames.
