This seems to happen on pepe because of the speed of the backing store
and timeout value is probably too low. The error occurs in
nbd_xmit_timeout(), this issues the timeout error message, then nbd
can't provide the backing store fs/buffer.c reports a bug in
submit_bh_wbc():
BUG_ON(!buffer_mapped(bh));
..and hence the crash report. I'm going to bump the timeout in the test
and see if this helps.
