Both desktop computers (one an old MAC with 18.04, and one the old HP
LapTop I revived the other day with (now) 19.04) are using Radeon
drivers. From the command you gave me off-list:
$ lspci -nnk | grep -i vga -A3 | grep 'in use'
Kernel driver in use: radeon
Attached is an edited (core dump removed) crash dump file from a yelp
crash while trying to "save video as", as per note 2 in the bug
description. The interesting stuff starts at line 2019:
2019: May 17 13:48:42 cyd-hp2 yelp[3740]: Invalid UTF-8 string passed to
pango_layout_set_text()
The originating error was:
yelp assert failure: free(): double free detected in tcache 2
