Hi Kai-Heng Feng, thanks for your time. I would like to help but I have never installed mainline kernel before. Is it safe? Is it necessary since we know that this bug appeared after upgrade from Ubuntu 16.04 to 18.04 (so it didn't affect kernels before 4.15)? This is my only laptop and it is indispensable for me to work. Can I do it with ukuu or do I have to do it manually?
