Public bug reported:
On ubuntu bionic, the postgresql plugin doesnt work as expected because
of the following issue which has been fixed upstream -
https://github.com/munin-monitoring/munin/issues/1131.
The solution might either be to backport the fix, or release a later
munin version for bionic.
