2. Reboot and as soon as the purple screen appears, tap Escape. Look through the menus and find recovery mode. Select it and boot recovery mode. 3. In a terminal or VT (Ctrl+Alt+F4), run: journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt and send us the file 'prevboot.txt'.
