Public bug reported:
When I open openbox's menu by right-click on desktop, choosing any items
in the menu just opens an error dialog "Failed to execute child process
"lxsession-default""
And openbox leaves following line in `~/.cache/openbox/openbox.log` on
login.
ObRender-Message: Cannot load image
"/usr/share/icons/hicolor/128x128/apps/lxterminal.png" from file
"/usr/share/icons/hicolor/128x128/apps/lxterminal.png"
Both lxsession-default and lxterminal has been removed in 18.10 but
still referred from `/usr/share/lubuntu/openbox/menu.xml`.
