Leann, Are you kidding me? Something that makes the driver UNUSABLE (the machine disconnects completely at random, and this is my work laptop!) does not meet the criteria for a stable release bug? This kernel never should have been release with that bug in it.
The problem with this distribution is that every one has one showstopper in it. I think, gee, if I can only make it to the next release, they've fixed that problem and it will be perfect. Unfortunately, a new major bug is almost always introduced, with a refusal to fix it in the shipping release. I'm disappointed overall, and continue to be disappointed. -- Error on shutdown --> ipw 3945: error sending cmd #07 to daemon: timeout after 500ms https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/71510 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
