Please consider adding hexchat by default on ubuntu flavours so users needing
help
can connect to the relevant irc support channel of their favorite flavour easy
when they encounter problems.
Auto joining the right support channel could also be an option.
This could avoid the creating of (too quick) bugs, lighter the work for
developers.
The ubuntu community could also benefit this, making their irc channels
more active again.
Ubuntu had Xchat by default till ubuntu 5.10
