Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Add tests-Update-for-glib-2.59.2.patch:
    - Proposed patch to fix tests with glib 2.59.2
  * Add tests-Update-for-glib-2.59.2.patch:
    - Proposed patch to fix tests with glib 2.59.2

This patch was sent upstream as https://github.com/ostreedev/ostree/pull/1818
and I believe has been applied in the following commit as part of the 2019.2 so 
can be dropped.
