So the NFS legacy events won't find problems when they are enabled.
Since those are not the only events supported by CTDB:

Instead of depending on: multipath-tools, clamd, vsftpd, apache, smb,
iscsi and nfs-kernel-server... we could put those dependencies as
recommends. This way they are installed together BUT if --no-install-
recommends is passed they are not. I would start adding only the 3 NFS
related services since I'm focused in enabling NFS here.
