Thanks, that looks like the standard set of Microsoft-issued
revocations, with two differences:

 - listing a revocation of the rather unlikely hash of 
0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
 - the revocations are listed as not having been issued all by the same key

I don't know what that all means, but it doesn't look like this explains
the failure to boot Ubuntu's shim.
