Public bug reported:
python3.8 3.8.0~a4-1 renamed /usr/include/python3.8m to
/usr/include/python3.8, but the symlinks in /usr/include/python3.8d
still point to python3.8m so are dangling. This causes packages like
python3-stdlib-extensions to FTBFS.
