On an QWERTY keyboard layout, "=" and "+" are on the same key, hence the
(possible) confusion.
To address this, both keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl++ and Ctrl+=) actually work.
I can confirm this with my default keyboard layout (bépo, French dvorak).
