Public bug reported:

It will not respond to further input at all, will not progress to gameplay
after cutting the cards, and I have to exit with Ctrl-C.
This even happens in xterm.

Linux Mint 19.1 Tessa (mostly Bionic 18.04 LTS packages, like this one)
bsdgames 2.17-26build1
What I expected to happen: I'd actually be able to play a game of cribbage
against the computer.

What I got instead: Game never starts, cut the cards and then...nothing.
Apparently it invokes More because there's a --More-- thing after the
"who goes first" message, which is the last one I see.

** Affects: bsdgames (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
