* Add iSCSI iBFT support to the installer (LP: #1817321)
- disk-detect.templates: add option 'disk-detect/ibft/enable'
for preseeding.
- disk-detect.sh: detect iSCSI iBFT disks with
'disk-detect/ibft/enable=true'.
