** Description changed: I am experiencing recurrent hang-ups on my laptop (Fujitsu Siemens Amilo - Pro V2020) where if I perform a restart from the login splash screen, it - stops during the shut down process leaving the laptop on with a blank - screen. The only way out is to disconnect the power and remove the - battery.
