In Bionic, KDE connect is a dependency of Okular. This is definitely a
bug, since it is not really necessary. It's kind of annoying since KDE
connect doesn't really work well under Ubuntu's default DE, so having it
there without necessity is not good, there's already a good bunch of
necessary KDE dependencies that Okular pulls.
