fetchmailconf is deprecated upstream (as per comment #5), and does not
appear to be something we specifically rely on or directly support for
Ubuntu, I do not expect this to be an issue we would work on
independently of upstream, so I'm closing it as wontfix. If someone
does wish to see this issue investigated/resolved, please do so in
conjunction with upstream, perhaps by proposing a patch for them.
