It's good if you can't reproduce a bug any more. Although your
AlsaInfo.txt shows the main problem was that pulseaudio wasn't running
at all:
Pulseaudio:
Installed - Yes (/usr/bin/pulseaudio)
Running - No
Let us know if you wish to investigate that problem again.
