Public bug reported:
While mod_reqtimeout has been present since 2.2.15, the handshake parameter to
RequestReadTimeout
was not added until 2.4.39.
The attached patch is for apache2_2.4.18-2ubuntu3.10 (Xenial), and will
need to be backported to other versions.
