hello, I would like to tell you that more than 1 year ago I got a virus,
I think it's a TROJAN, since then nothing works, for example, entering
the UEFI-BIOS setup, and I'm talking about an ASUS UX410UAK laptop, and
I can do little or nothing,and what little I do when I give it out,
everything goes back to how it used to be. I am 65 years old and I do
not understand anything about these things,
I really need help, I would greatly aprpeciate it.
Tell them the laptop came with Windows 10, I send 2 times to the
technical service, it works in the place where it is repaired but sl get
to our house a few minutes back the problems from connecting to the WIFI
network.
