Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnubiff

I'm using gnubiff 2.2.7 with Ubuntu Gutsy. I used a newly generated
config file.

At least the displayed value of general/filter_global_first gets corrupted.
Default value is:
-^Status:\ R -^X-Mozilla-Status:\ 0001 I-^x-spam-flag:\ yes -^Subject:.*DON'T\
DELETE\ THIS\ MESSAGE\ --\ FOLDER\ INTERNAL\ DATA

By selecting the entry and resetting it to its default value repeatedly
(via context menu), a part at the end of this string changes to garbage.
This also happens, if other entries are selected repeatedly. (You have
to play around a bit...). As long as you don't try to edit the entry via
context menu or double click the saved value seems to be ok.

Furthermore I'm not able to save values stored in
mailbox[x]/filter_local. Manually adding them in the config file (while
gnubiff is NOT running, of course) does not change them on next start of
gnubiff.

** Affects: gnubiff (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
