Just tested in an up-to-date 18.04 virtual machine, and I can play the
sample videos on gaia.com's home page.
What exactly is not working? Streaming videos maybe? Can you share the
exact error message that you get?
Also, please run the following command in a terminal to attach
additional information to the bug report:
