Public bug reported:
Kdiff3 in Ubuntu 19.04 (v. 1.7.90-3) cannot compare files with remote
addresses sftp://<server>:<path> while it works well in Ubuntu 18.04
(kdiff3 v. 0.9.98-4). Remote address is changed to local one and only
<path> is kept in the input field after clicking Ok button. The kio
itself works well with sftp files e.g. in krusader. The comparison of
the remote files in kdiff3 does not work also in case of action "Compare
files" in kursader.
