It appears that the fix there addresses the same file and the same line in that file. However, the lines are simply being deleted there & it breaks Bluetooth so I wouldn't go that route (though at the time I did due to not knowing any better). They are also placing it at a different location, /etc/udev/rules.d/, and I don't know the significance of that.
