I am adding version information from bionic, it would be nice to be
fixed in the next possible version.
Please enable CONFIG_XFRM_MIGRATE=y in kernel config to supoort IKE (IPsec
mobike).
Libreswan use this kernel feature to support MOBIKE RFC 4555.
