Intel Wireless-AC 9462/9560 on CML was previously enabled via bug
1833065, bug 1834415 and bug 1834464. However on ICL, it fails to
startup with following error messages with kernel v5.2-rc7:

- iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Failed to run INIT ucode: -5
