Public bug reported:
Install went without a hitch, and then encountered an issue installing
the boot loader. Trying to load desktop onto 16gb 2.0 usb.
attempting to install Ubuntu 19.04, expected it to install and give me the
option to restart into the installed 19.04. Got an error message about how the
bootloader came across an issue, and got three options: 1) Try to install
bootloader onto another drive
2) Restart the install process
3) Forgo the bootloader, and have to install one myself manually.
