radeonsi_dri.so comes from mesa, so please try with
ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/updates, which has mesa 19.0.8
which one do you have currently installed? 'apt-cache policy libgl1
-mesa-dri' should tell.. I'm assuming it to be 19.0.2
