Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: vim-gnome

Since I have installed gutsy, the menu bar has disappeared in gvim.
I have also removed all vim related stuff in my $HOME, like ~/.vimrc
and ~/.vim/ to make sure, my config isn't the problem.

I have the following vim related packages installed:

byciclerepair 0.9-4.1ubuntu2
vim-addon-manager 0.2
vim-common 7.1-056+2ubuntu2
vim-doc 7.1-056+2ubuntu2
vim-full 7.1-056+2ubuntu2
vim-gnome 7.1-056+2ubuntu2
vim-gtk 7.1-056+2ubuntu2
vim-gui-common 7.1-056+2ubuntu2
vim-runtime 7.1-056+2ubuntu2
vim-scripts 7.1.2
vim-tiny 7.1-056+2ubuntu2

my guioptions: aegimrLt
The :version command also shows the +menu feature.

There is no problem with the same configuration on feisty with vim 7.0.

Please tell me if you need further information to investigate the
problem.
