Well, i just got compiz fusion and it worked great, until after i
started to play open arena, the screen was small, i changed the setting
and it did not fit the screnn, and i forgot about it... When i got into
the arena place, my gun wasmessed up and my program closed. I opened the
terminal and i saw the window borders were gone... I thought it was the
compiz, and compiz's theme on i guess... Here is a screen shot i got:

When i clicked Add or remove, this is what it said:
Failed to check for installed and available applications
This is a major failure of your software management system. Please check
for broken packages with synaptic, check the file permissions and
correctness of the file '/etc/apt/sources.list' and reload the software
information with: 'sudo apt-get update' and 'sudo apt-get install -f'.

I can still use my desktop, and my gnome session wont work with effects
and i use xgl, but when i went into gnome(the session) and the effects
were working, but the window border still messed up!
Im new to ubuntu but not that new, i dont learn fast!
