Similar to: #160719 deleting merged table cell causes unrecoverable
writer crash
There are no crashes involved in this issue, and slightly different
problem. May be regarded toward the choice of user options. The
problem is in deleting selected rows from a table.
Created a table 3x6 in size with top column merged. Selected entire row
(4,5 and/or 6) and deleted that row by using the right click of the
mouse and selecting delete. (Noticed no changes in the highlighted
selections upon clicking the mouse.) Choose the "Column>" -> "Delete"
option from the pop up menu and the entire table was then deleted.
