The systemd configuration file installed with sshguard has an incorrect After=
setting
In the configuration file /lib/systemd/system/sshguard.service
The line "After=network.service"
Should read "After=network.target", or possibly "After=network-pre.target"
There is no network.service on Ubuntu 18.04 or 16.04
This is true on both Ubuntu 18.04 and 16.04, with sshguard 1.7.1-1 and 1.6.0-1
