Public bug reported: Setting the http/https proxies in Evolution to `http://myproxy` causes evolution to be unable to connect to the proxy when using using an exchange account. Setting the proxy to just `myproxy` (without the scheme) fixes the issue, but this should be handled correctly by Evolution.
