It seems u-c-c part was already merged https://bazaar.launchpad.net /~unity-control-center-team/unity-control-center/18.04/revision/12913 The issue is unity-settings-daemon doesn't have any 18.04 branch. Can you create that branch ? Then I will open a merge for that branch. Once it gets merged in 18.04 branch, it can be released.
