After reading more, I think what is most important for DNSSEC is --with-openssl.
I don't quite get the goal of PKCS11 but it doesn't seem as important as I 
would first think, if I read this correctly.

I'll try to get an installable bind9-single-thread binary package and
test DNSSEC after.
